Kolohi's World
Aloha Ka kou Ohana, Moopuna, Aikane "You all"!!
E Como Mai.....
It has been an eventful few months. Getting my house repaired and renovated so everything is ready for the upcomming wedding. I don't think the house will be completely done but at least I will have the garage cleaned out and useful for storage, and the master bedroom bathroom and kitchen/ living room done before my planned wedding in Feburary. Well I hope to have that much done. We are still in the process of cleaning out the garage and tossing all the garbage that was left behind by the previous tenants. At this point it will be a challenge and the house will start being gutted room by room hopefully this saturday the men's ministry from church will be comming out to help. Right now there is a 1x 1 foot hole in my kitchen wall, to deal with plumbing issues. The parts for the wall are comming in I hope today or tommorrow. I will live with a bare concrete floor if I have to.
We have started the 13 weeks of pre-nuptial classes at church and God willing, have everything planned and ready for the wedding/reception by the blessed date. We need to negotiated that date with Pastor Because the date I want conflicts with bible study night. I pray it all goes well. Because I have no family I am doing most of the wedding planing myself. I want it to go no problems and under budget. I am awaiting the arrival of my resized engagement ring. It is beautiful.
My Wedding is becoming a ministry in its self to the others around me. I am doing it the right way. It has been a challange (extremely tough) but with God we have been able resist temptation and wait. My wedding dress is here I need to go and try it on at my Girlfriends house. I need to decide what I want for the bridesmaids to wear I will have only the maid of Honor and maybe one bridesmaid not sure yet.
I will try keep you all posted but with church, the wedding, taking a class at the Community College, the house renovations and applying for grad school I have been a tad bit busy.
