Sometimes we struggle with praising the Lord. We think how can I praise when everything is going bad? The Bible says to pray without ceasing. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, In everything give thanks; For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 1 Thess 5:16-18 NKJV Sometimes praise is a sacrifice, because it is hard.God doesn't say praise when it is easy. If you can praise through the hard times, The sad times he will be there. Hebrews 13:15-16 : "Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name." I find that if I praise during the hard times, the difficulties seem to pass quicker. Even though I am crying praise makes it better it brings me comfort and peace. A peace that is so enduring, that nothing matters, but God.
